Before spraying reagents on the tools,  the operator should clean up the metal chips inside the machine tool. Avoid metal scraps from absorbing oil and attaching to the inside of the machine to cause processing accidents. When performing rough machining and shape cutting, use an air gun to blow away the waste to avoid machining errors. After the CNC turning parts are processed, post-processing should be carried out as soon as possible. If grinding burrs, surface polishing, or further chamfering are required, the parts must be processed and protected as soon as possible to avoid oxidation bumps on the parts. Avoid causing product defects—workpiece rework, etc.

Whether off work or leaving the CNC console in the middle, the operator must accurately hand over the work to the relevant personnel to ensure that the subsequent processing is carried out as usual. Before shutting down, make sure that the tool turntable is in place, the XYZ three-axis is reset, the door is closed, the program on the operation panel is closed, and the primary power connection is cut off. It is not recommended to carry out construction if the voltage is unstable such as wire construction and thunderstorm weather, to avoid irreversible damage to the machine.
